FIRST STEP
Sign up
All members of Gaytravelroom are travelers and hosts. Therefore everyone has to be registered. Create an account on the platform and step by step fills your profile.
When you travel

START
Choose destination
In the search part, choose Destination to where you want to travel. Indicate the dates of your trip. GaytravelRoom will show you users who are willing to host you. Choose the one you like and make a request.
At the moment in part of the search all users in the area chosen are shown. Therefore you can leave several requests in case one will not be able to host.
Answer the request
When one of the members wants to travel to your city you will receive a request with information about him (Information generate, photos and reviews of other users about him). You can accept it, reject it or write a private message to clarify the details of your trip.
In case you can not or do not want to host anyone on exact dates you can check these dates on your calendar. So your profile will not appear in the search for these dates.
Prepare for your trip
If your request was rejected. You can send another request to another user. If the host sends you a private message, answer and clarify the details. If your request was accepted you will receive the private data of the host as well as the exact address and phone number for a more direct communication. On the specified dates you can stay at this user’s home.
MEETING
Go to travel
Remember to tell your host the exact time of your arrival at his home. In case of delay, notice as soon as possible, communication is very important by both parties.
Receive the guest
At the specified time remain with your guest. Prepare the space where he is going to stay. Show him the common area to share your house and remind the rules and instructions of your house
Enjoy your vacations
Enjoy your vacation and remember to always fulfill the rules of your host.
Just relax
While the guest stays at your home you can continue with your daily routine or you can spend time with your new friend, you decide.
DEPARTURE TIME
Leave the accommodation
All good things come to an end!
When the time comes to leave the accommodation, remember to leave it in the same state in which you had received it.
The maximum accommodation time is 4 days 3 nights, to continue maintaining the privacy of each member. If you plan to be more days, you can make 2 requests to different people or talk about your trip with your host.
